Odisha Congress accuses BJD of going soft on BJP govt over textbook errors issue

Bhubaneswar, Sep 23 (UNI) The Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) on Wednesday launched a sharp attack on the Biju Janata Dal (BJD), accusing it of adopting a "soft approach" towards the BJP government over the textbook errors controversy. OPCC President Bhakta Charan Das criticised the BJD for allegedly failing to demand the dismissal of School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond despite having sufficient strength in the Odisha Assembly to mount pressure on the government.
