Centre allows September salary, pension disbursement on Sept 25 ahead of proposed three-day bank strike

New Delhi, Sep 23 (UNI) The Centre has decided that the salary and wages of all Central government employees for September 2026 may be drawn and disbursed on September 25, in view of a proposed three-day nationwide bank strike from September 28 to 30 and the likelihood of disruption in banking transactions during the period.
