Two McLeod Ganj guesthouse owners booked for failing to file C-Forms for foreign tourists

Dharamsala, Sep 23 (UNI) Police have registered two cases against guesthouse owners in McLeod Ganj for allegedly failing to submit mandatory C-Forms for foreign nationals staying at their establishments under the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025. According to police, a German national, identified as Tim Goldacker, stayed for 14 days at Manjeet Homestay during July-August. The establishment allegedly failed to submit the required C-Form, following which a case was registered against its owner under Section 23 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025.
