Patna, Sep 28 (UNI) Under a well respected political move, Bihar Legislative Council Chairman Awadhesh Narayan Singh on Monday resigned from the post. He handed over his resignation to Deputy Chairman Ram Vachan Rai, bringing the focus back on the distribution of key constitutional positions within the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the state.
