Nihar Kanti Chakma apologises over earlier Tlabung remarks

Aizawl, Sept 20 (UNI) Former Congress MLA Nihar Kanti Chakma has apologised for his earlier remarks describing Tlabung as the "homeland" of the Chakma people and claiming that the area had been part of the Chittagong Hill Tracts before coming under British administration.
