CM Majhi launches 'Sambandh' mega membership drive for PACS, LAMPS in Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Sep 25 (UNI) Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Friday launched 'Sambandh', a mega membership drive aimed at bringing at least one member from every farming family into the cooperative sector, and unveiled a series of initiatives to transform PACS and LAMPS into multi-service centres in rural areas. At a state-level programme here, Mr Majhi launched an online system through the National PACS Software (NLPS) in 300 PACS and, for the first time, initiated the distribution of dividends to farmer-members of PACS and LAMPS.
