Delhi Govt considers four rest days a month, insurance cover for contractual bus drivers

New Delhi, Sep 25 (UNI) Contractual bus drivers operating Delhi's Cluster buses could get around four days of rest a month and insurance cover for themselves and their families, following a meeting between Transport Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh and bus operators on Friday. The meeting focused on several long-standing concerns of drivers, including health and accident insurance, timely salary slips and appointment letters, performance-linked incentives and weekly rest.
