High Court directs state to ensure lawyers' safety, questions court boycotts

Kolkata, Oct 7 (UNI) The Calcutta High Court has taken suo motu cognisance of the alleged attack on lawyer Sayan Bandyopadhyay at Baruipur court and directed that all parties connected with the case be issued notices. The court also expressed concern over reports of attacks on lawyers at different places in West Bengal.
