Calcutta HC quashes fire depat notice seeking vacating of Abhishek Banerjee's Camac Street Office

Kolkata, Sep 16 (UNI) The Calcutta High Court quashed a notice issued by the West Bengal Fire and Emergency Services department directing the owners of a Camac Street building to vacate the premises housing Trinamool Congress national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee's office. Justice Krishna Rao directed the fire department on Wednesday to reconsider the written response submitted by the Trinamool camp on September 3 and, if necessary, conduct another inspection of the building.
