Kolkata, Sep 17 (UNI) West Bengal is set for a major industrial push ahead of the festive season, with land parcels to be handed over at Budge Budge Shilpa Taluk and a Rs 6,000-crore project at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd (HPL) scheduled for inauguration.
