Governor Bhalla urges Manipur govt officers to take on responsibilities with dedication

Imphal, Sep 16 (UNI) Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla, on Wednesday, called upon newly-recruited state government officers to discharge their responsibilities with sincerity, dedication and a strong sense of commitment towards the welfare of the people and the state.
