Sikkim representatives highlight disaster preparedness at Commonwealth conference

Gangtok, Sep 16 (UNI) Sikkim's experience of repeated natural disasters, including earthquakes, flash floods and landslides, has added particular significance to the participation of the state's representatives in a Commonwealth parliamentary workshop on disaster risk financing in Cape Town, South Africa.
