Jharkhand: HC reserves order on Hemant Soren's IA in Badgai land case

Ranchi, Sep 16 (UNI) The Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday reserved its order after hearing arguments on Chief Minister Hemant Soren's Intervention Application (IA) in the Badgai land case involving 8.86 acres in Ranchi. Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad heard arguments from both sides before reserving the order on the application. Through the IA, Soren has sought a stay till September 19 on the Ranchi special PMLA court's order rejecting his discharge petition, besides seeking a stay on further criminal proceedings before the trial court.
