Bihar MLC polls: NDA, RJD, Jan Suraaj gear up for 23 October contest

Patna, Sept 22 (UNI) The ruling NDA, the RJD and the Jan Suraaj Party are gearing up for the October 23 elections to eight Bihar Legislative Council seats from the Graduates' and Teachers' constituencies, with four seats each in the two categories. The eight seats going to polls are the Patna, Darbhanga, Tirhut and Kosi Graduates' constituencies, and the Patna, Darbhanga, Tirhut and Saran Teachers' constituencies.
