Peace essential for Manipur's economic development: CM Khemchand

Senapati (Manipur), Sep 26 (UNI) Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh has stressed that restoring peace is essential for Manipur's economic recovery and development, saying that economic progress cannot be achieved while the State continues to face disruption.
