Kali idol, gold ornaments stolen from Hindu temple in Bangladesh's Faridpur

Dhaka, Sep 21 (UNI):As concerns mount over the safety of places of worship for Hindus in Bangladesh, a Goddess Kali idol, along with several ornaments and religious artefacts, was stolen from the Uttar Kalibari Temple in Faridpur city, local media reported on Monday, citing temple authorities. The theft reportedly took place between around 10:30 pm on Saturday and 5:45 am on Sunday, according to the temple management committee.
