India steps up Greenland outreach, eyes mining, skilled workforce and tourism cooperation

Nuuk, Sept 22 (UNI) India is stepping up its engagement with Greenland, with Ambassador Manish Prabhat holding a series of meetings with political, business and government representatives in Nuuk focused on investment, mining, skilled manpower, tourism and cultural cooperation. Envoy Prabhat met Greenland Parliament Speaker Kim Marius Kielsen and discussed "possible areas of stronger India-Greenland cooperation", particularly investment in mining and the supply of skilled Indian manpower for Greenland's healthcare and hospitality sectors, according to the Embassy of India in Denmark.
