S Korea voices 'strong regret' over Ukraine denial of POW confidentiality deal

Seoul, Sep 28 (UNI) South Korea expressed "strong regret" over Ukraine's denial that the two countries had agreed to keep confidential under a "nondisclosure agreement concerning" the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea, according to Yonhap News Agency. The South Korean presidential office said Ukraine had disclosed the transfer without prior consultation and later denied the existence of a non-disclosure agreement.
