Monsoon Withdrawal Begins; New Weather System May Trigger Rain in Mah from Sept 25-28

Pune, Sep 20 (UNI) The southwest monsoon has begun its retreat, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) announcing that withdrawal has commenced from parts of west Rajasthan. At the same time, a low-pressure area has developed over the Bay of Bengal and is likely to intensify over the next few days, potentially bringing another spell of rain to several parts of Maharashtra and other regions.
