Hyd :Central Gurudwara Sahib Gowliguda marks centenary with mass religious congregation

Hyderabad, Sept 20 (UNI) The historic Central Gurudwara Sahib Gowliguda marked its centenary with a mass religious congregation at the Exhibition Grounds in Nampally here on Sunday, with thousands of Sikh devotees and people from different communities participating in the celebrations. Founded in 1926, the Gurudwara has completed 100 years of service and community life in Hyderabad, with its activities centred on faith, equality, brotherhood, compassion and `sewa' (selfless service). The centenary celebrations were organised by the Prabhandak Committee of Central Gurudwara Sahib Gowliguda in association with Sikh Gurudwaras across Telangana.
