Fadnavis says state govt has no powers to sack MPSC Chairperson

Mumbai, Oct 6 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated here on Tuesday that the Maharashtra state government has no power to remove Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) Chairperson Vivek Bhimanwar from his post. "It is not in the hands of the state government to remove the MPSC chairman or make him tender his resignation.
