Public facilities should meet citizens' physical, mental and intellectual needs: Chandrakant Patil

Sangli, Maharashtra, Sept 20 (UNI) Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister and Sangli district Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil on Sunday stressed the need to broaden the concept of development by creating public facilities that address the physical, mental and intellectual needs of citizens.
