Maha: BJP's Ban asks Rohit Pawar to study Constitution

Mumbai, Oct 6 (UNI) BJP Maharashtra chief spokesperson Navnath Ban on Tuesday accused NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Pawar of making misleading statements about the resignation of the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) chairman and asked him to study the Constitution. Addressing a press conference at the BJP state office, Ban said the resignation of the MPSC chairman is submitted to the Governor or the President under Article 317 of the Constitution, and not to the Chief Minister.
