FDA Cancels Cipla Pharma's Pune C&F Wholesale Drug Licences Following HC Direction

Mumbai, Oct 2 (UNI) The Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cancelled the wholesale drug sale licences of M/s Cipla Pharma & Life Sciences Ltd at Godown No. A, Wadaki, Pune, following directions of the Bombay High Court. FDA Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe said the action was taken after completion of the prescribed procedure in Writ Petition No. 11376/2026. Following the High Court's directions, the earlier action was withdrawn and a revised show-cause notice was issued on September 4.
