Maha: HC quashes criminal case against builder Akhtar Hasan Rizvi in property dispute

Mumbai , Oct 11 (UNI) The Bombay High Court has quashed criminal proceedings against city-based builder and former MP, Dr Akhtar Hasan Rizvi, in a property dispute after the parties reached a settlement, while directing him to pay Rs 25,000 to a charitable trust working for children with special needs. Justice Milind N Jadhav allowed the criminal writ petition filed by Rizvi, subject to compliance with the conditions imposed by the court.
