Maha: Bhujbal discharged from ACB case over Kalina library land deal

Mumbai, Sep 24 (UNI) A designated court hearing cases against MPs and MLAs has discharged Maharashtra Minister Chhagan Bhujbal and officials of the Public Works Department (PWD) in a corruption case registered by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in 2015 over the Kalina library land deal. Bhujbal was accused of receiving a kickback in the deal while serving as the PWD Minister. With this order, Bhujbal has been discharged from all pending corruption cases registered by the ACB in connection with his tenure as PWD Minister from 2004 to 2014.
