Kolhapur, Sep 28 (UNI) Giving relief to Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar, the Bombay High Court circuit bench at Kolhapur refused an urgent hearing on Monday (September 28), regarding a petition filed against CEC Gyanesh Kumar and the Election Commission of India (ECI).
