Maha: Khadi Mahotsav opens in Mumbai with 77 stalls as KVIC targets youth & global markets

Mumbai, Oct 16 (UNI) The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) has inaugurated Khadi Mahotsav 2026 at its Vile Parle headquarters in suburban Mumbai, seeking to connect younger consumers, particularly Generation Z, with indigenous products, rural entrepreneurship and the Swadeshi movement. KVIC Chairman Manoj Goel inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of senior officials, representatives of Khadi institutions, artisans and entrepreneurs associated with the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP).
