Immersion of historical Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati concludes in Pune on Saturday

Pune, Sep 26 (UNI) The immersion procession of the Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati concluded at around 4.01 am on Saturday at the Panchaleshwar immersion ghat, following a procession through the city on the occasion of Anant Chaturdashi. The procession began around 9 pm on Friday after the idol was taken from the Shri Ganesh Suvarnadham Temple towards the Tilak statue at Mandai. The procession featured traditional dhol-tasha performances, martial arts demonstrations, floral showers and lighting arrangements.
