Mumbai, Sep 16 (UNI) Deputy Leader of the Congress Legislative Party in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Amin Patel has urged Maharashtra Chief Electoral Officer S Chockalingam to extend the deadlines for disposal of cases identified during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. In a letter dated September 15, Patel reiterated his earlier request for extending the deadline for ASDD (Absent, Shifted, Dead and Duplicate) cases till October 31, 2026, and for Discrepancy and No Mapping cases till November 30, 2026.
