Government firmly stands by farmers, first drought notification soon: Fadnavis

Latur, Sep 23 ( UNI)Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Wednesday said the state government was taking the prevailing drought situation seriously and would soon issue the first notification declaring drought-affected areas. Speaking to reporters at Latur airport, Fadnavis said the government stood firmly by farmers and was taking all necessary measures to provide relief to them.
