Tata Trusts challenges Mistry's objections after expiry of his term as trustee

Mumbai, Oct 16 (UNI) The Noel Tata-led Tata Trusts has challenged former trustee Mehli Mistry's locus standi to contest trustee changes at Sir Ratan Tata Trust (SRTT) and Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT), after his three-year term expired. The Tata Trusts denied Mistry's allegations of misgovernance and mismanagement at the trusts before the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner on Thursday, even as it argued that only a serving trustee or a beneficiary could object to a change report.
