Maha: Nandurbar tribal farmers hold protest march over drought compensation, forest rights claims

Nandurbar, Oct 5 (UNI) Tribal farmers from the Satpuda region of Nandurbar district staged a massive protest march in Dhadgaon on Monday, demanding immediate action on their long-pending demands. Hundreds of tribal farmers from across the Satpuda region participated in the march, drawing the administration's attention to issues concerning drought compensation, farmer identity cards and forest rights claims.
