Madras HC allows DMK to file defamatory suits against two Ministers, TVK IT Wing for remarks linking to Veeramani POCSO case

Chennai, Oct 5 (UNI) TheMadras High Court on Monday granted permission to the principal Opposition DMK to initiate Rs.1.01 crore defamation proceedings against Tamil Nadu Ministers Aadhav Arjuna and C.T.R.Nirmal Kumar and the IT Wing of the ruling TVK for making remarks linking DMK to the POCSO case against granite baron R.Veeramani of Gem Granites.
