Maha: AIIMS Nagpur doctors launch protest , suspend non-emergency services over assault

Nagpur, Sep 24 (UNI) All junior and senior resident doctors at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Nagpur, today launched a protest and suspended non-emergency services after a doctor was allegedly assaulted inside the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) by relatives of a patient. According to the Resident Doctors' Association (RDA), the incident occurred on Tuesday morning when a group of attendants allegedly entered the ICU and physically assaulted a resident doctor on duty.
