Maha: Fadnavis moots committee to act against MPSC top brass

Mumbai, Oct 5 (UNI) Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis recommended the formation of a special committee here today, to take action against the former and current chairman as well as members of the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) Commission, under Article 317 of the Constitution, sources said. Fadnavis has recommended that the committee be constituted under the chairmanship of a retired High Court judge, which is expected to submit its report within three months so that action can be taken based on its findings.
