Chennai, Oct 9 (UNI) The MRF 4W Indian National Racing Challenge is fast proving to be a nursery of young talent and the rising stars are all set to burn the rubber yet again in the third round to be held at the Madras International Circuit, at Irungattukottai, about 40 km from here, this weekend, tomorrow and the day after.
