Asian Games: China breaks world record to win women's 10m air rifle team gold

Toyota (Japan), Sep 20 (UNI) China claimed the women's 10m air rifle team title with a new world record at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games on Sunday. Wang Zifei, Han Jiayu and Du Yuchen all delivered strong performances in an event in which China has traditionally been strong, with each scoring more than 633 points. The trio combined for 1,904.2 points to take the gold medal, breaking the previous world record of 1,902.0.
