Asian Games: Unbeaten India men, women storm into kabaddi semifinals

Aichi-Nagoya, Sep 24 (UNI) India's men's and women's kabaddi teams advanced to the semi-finals after completing their group-stage campaigns unbeaten at the Asian Games here on Thursday. The defending champions' men's team produced another commanding performance in their final Group A match against Chinese Taipei, taking a 23-11 lead at half-time. India had earlier defeated Japan, South Korea and Bangladesh in the group stage and carried their unbeaten record into the knockout phase.
