Tripura faces challenge due to cessation of revenue gap grant

Agartala, Sept 24 (UNI) Finance Minister of Tripura, Pranajit Singha Roy, said that the state government is facing financial challenges due to the cessation of the annual revenue gap grant of approximately Rs 4,000 crore. This discontinuation resulted from the 16th Finance Commission's recommendations and affects several states, including Tripura.
