Telangana Forest Chief calls for cancellation of licences of shops selling synthetic manja

Hyderabad, Oct 9 (UNI) Telangana Head of Forest Force Vinay Kumar on Friday directed officials to initiate action for cancellation of licences of shops selling prohibited synthetic manja and intensify enforcement measures to protect the Indian rollers (Palapitta) and other wildlife. At a review meeting with senior officials of various departments at Aranya Bhavan here, he called for coordinated action to curb the sale, transportation and use of synthetic manja.
