IPSOWA extends support to weavers through handloom exhibition

Hyderabad, Sep 18 (UNI) The Indian Police Service Officers' Wives Association (IPSOWA) organised a handloom exhibition in Hyderabad to support weavers and artisan families and provide wider market access to their traditional products. The exhibition, titled "Threads of Hope - Where Every Thread Tells a Story," was held at the Police Officers' Mess, Masab Tank, under the leadership of IPSOWA president Lalita Anand and secretary Ritu Jain. The exhibition showcased traditional handloom and handicraft products from Telangana and other parts of the country, including Jamdani, Kalamkari, Dubbaka linen sarees with hand embroidery, and weaves from Narayanpet, Gadwal, Pochampally and Mangalagiri.…
