AP:Visakhapatnam on high alert as heavy rains lash city

Visakhapatnam, Sept 23 (UNI) Visakhapatnam district administration and the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) on Wednesday stepped up precautionary measures and placed all concerned departments on high alert as heavy rains lashed the city under the influence of the severe cyclonic storm. District Collector and GVMC Special Officer M.
