TTD cancels VIP break darshan on October 1 and 5

Tirumala, Sept 29 (UNI) The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Tuesday announced the cancellation of VIP Break Darshan, except for protocol VIPs, on October 1 and 5 in view of the anticipated surge in pilgrim footfall during the Peratasi month and the ensuing holidays. In a release, TTD said around 80,000 devotees are currently having darshan of Lord Venkateswara every day, while nearly 30,000 additional devotees arriving daily are being accommodated for darshan on the following day.
