Singareni revises pay scales for 1,800 officers on Coal India lines

Hyderabad, Oct 19 (UNI) The long-pending demand of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) officers has been fulfilled, with the management approving revised pay scales on the lines of Coal India, benefiting around 1,800 officers in executive cadres E-1 to E-7. The revised basic pay scales will be effective from January 1, 2017, while the financial benefits will apply from September 25, 2026, the date of the Singareni Board's approval.
