Kerala Police rolls out Citizen Help Desks in all police stations: PRO system discontinued

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 31 (UNI) Kerala Police has introduced an integrated Citizen Help Desk system in all police stations across the state, bringing various public-oriented services under one umbrella to ensure quicker assistance and more efficient service delivery. With the introduction of the new system, the existing Public Relations Officer (PRO) arrangement in police stations has been discontinued, and all its responsibilities and services have been incorporated into the Citizen Help Desks.
