Vijayapura, Oct 9 (UNI) Alleging that Karnataka is facing a financial emergency, BJP state president Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Friday accused the Congress government of neglecting drought-hit farmers, failing to fulfil welfare promises and allowing the state's financial position to deteriorate.
