BJP's Laxman accuses Congress of double standards on voter revision

Hyderabad, Oct 12 (UNI) BJP Parliamentary Board member and Rajya Sabha MP K Laxman on Monday accused the Congress and INDIA bloc of targeting the Election Commission and judiciary over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls after failing to accept election results. Addressing a press conference at the BJP state office, he alleged that Congress and AAP leaders had previously demanded the removal of bogus votes in several states but were now opposing the voter revision process for political reasons.
