NATO commander Alexus unveils 'theory of victory' to block, blunt and break any attack

Warsaw, Oct 12 (UNI) NATO's top military commander in Europe, General Alexus Grynkewich, on Monday unveiled a "Theory of Victory" aimed at blocking, blunting and breaking any attack on the alliance, while stressing that a conflict is "neither imminent nor inevitable".
