Election Commission acting like RSS-BJP affiliate, allegesCPI leader K Ramakrishna

Hyderabad, Sep 23 (UNI) Communist Party of India (CPI) National Secretary K Ramakrishna on Wednesday alleged that the Election Commission of India (ECI) was functioning like an affiliate of the RSS and BJP and was undermining citizens' voting rights. In a statement, he alleged that the Commission was pursuing large-scale deletion of voters instead of ensuring universal voting rights and claimed that lakhs of names had been deleted or were facing scrutiny in several States.
